The Temporary Construction Barrier Critical Specification Update program will review in detail a recent change to the Temporary Construction Barrier Specification Provincially. Critical to these updates were the changes to Provincial Temporary Construction Barrier specification in which a Matrix or Hierarchy of Product has been established based on-site conditions and system crash worthiness. This program will explore the critical barrier specification update, examine new product implementation, and explain how these changes could greatly benefit the road network for both the stakeholder and all road users.
