Course Outline
This program was specifically designed for staff that will be inspecting new, damaged, deficient, and/or aging hardware found within your road network. The Inspection Training course will focus on roadside safety hardware that is found within the limits of the agency. Individual training modules for each product will be examined thoroughly. At the conclusion of this program inspectors will be adept in identifying quality installations along with deficient hardware documentation. Product includes steel beam guide rail, cable guide rail, end terminals, crash cushions, sign supports, and longitudinal barrier.
Outcome
Improve inspection competency and a sound understanding of roadside hardware crash worthiness and system function.

Contract Administrators, Inspectors, Project Managers, Forepersons, Maintenance Contractors, and Municipal Staff.
